For the logo and earphone I chose a bright yellow as the main colour, which contrasts more sharply with the background colour, giving a warm feeling and also symbolising the light of hope.
The real world is colourful, but Lili is enclosing herself in a tiny bubble of black and white.
Lili's body is made up of simple strips of colour, which are the bandages that bind Lili and are difficult to break free, a metaphor for her mental health problems. I use the element of water to visualise the emotions, creating a change of colour as the emotions change.
